IGN.com SciFiBrain/Qosmos: Top Twelve Slashiest Couples
Interesting list. I completely disagree about the Simon/Mal thing -- there was just no there there for that pairing, to me -- I really don't know about the Lord of the Rings guys (didn't see the movies, couldn't get through the books, perfectly happy with those results, thanks), and as far as Angel/Spike goes, I think that David Boreanaz has the anti-chemistry and Spike the character was sort of ... eh. (Or, as I said on many an occasion on another periodically Buffy-obsessed board: "Stake him! Why doesn't she just stake him now! STAKE HIM! Buffy should have killed him off three years ago! STAKE HIM NOW!!" So perhaps I'm not objective about that character.) And why is Mulder/Skinner not on that list? Surely chemistry isn't only reserved to the "pick a little, squawk a little, fight a lot" couples! (...although, you know, they kind of did. Just with a bit less bloodshed and fewer punches in airports thrown.)
Hard to disagree with the top pick, though.
