Well, that's certainly going to be interesting.
I do wonder how they're going to make that work, when Jason's been entirely absent from the Bat titles for a while, plus Bruce actually kind of tried to kill him and none of the Bats seems to quite approve of his way of doing business. (Pity Damien's not older, though. The fight between the two of them would be weirdly awesome, psychopaths everywhere. On the other hand, if Jason does become Batman and stays one for a while, maybe he's the guy that Damien kills in Batman 666.)

I can now tell you that the new Batman will be designed by Alex Ross and will see Jason Todd under the cowl.

This is all part of a cross-continuity, longform story by Grant Morrison and in terms of structure bears similarity to his “New X-Men,” but on a far wider scale. It sounds rather good....
