You know ... this storyline is being handled with a certain surprising realism, all things considered. That said, having lived through it, it's not something I'd with on fictional characters I once liked, and I really wish it would just be over already ... with all that "over" implies, in this case. (Given this strip in particular, I think we're going to get to "over"; I just wish we were there already.)
